OptiFeed is a dropshipping analytics platform that allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple Shopify stores
• Integrate Google Ads accounts for advertising metrics
• Track product performance and calculate ROAS
• Set up automated notifications and rules
• Export analytics data

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Third-Party Integrations

4.1 Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize us to access your store data through the Shopify Admin API. You must have the necessary permissions to grant this access.

4.2 Google Ads Integration

By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize us to access your advertising data through the Google Ads API. Our use of Google Ads data complies with Google's API Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to harm or exploit others
• Share your account with unauthorized users

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate analytics, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the Service. Analytics data depends on the accuracy of data from connected third-party services (Shopify, Google Ads).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OptiFeed and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Decisions made based on analytics data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
